Heya i have just started my final major project! it is so scary, I have so much to do!
This is my theme:
My theme is ‘Nature in Winter’ what first inspired me were some photographs that I found looking through some blogs on the Internet. I discovered pictures of ice and snowflakes frozen, these photographs were so interesting because they were so appealing to the eye. I immediately loved the colours of blues, whites and greys, I thought to myself I could see some of these patterns on fashion samples. I started thinking what methods I could use and got really excited.
So then I went and researched in journals and books with an idea of what I wanted to do. I needed to find out whether there was a market for my idea. I was searching through books and found so many images of nature covered in ice and snow and I knew that this was definitely what I wanted to do so this inspired me to go and take pictures myself of the nature in the winter.
